swing switch
left-handed with a racquet, right-handed with a club
Eight sports, eight swings. Reset your stroke before you walk on court or onto the tee, run a timed solo session, and trace a miss back to the sport it leaked in from.

What changes
Highlighted rows are the biggest differences, and the likeliest places your old swing sneaks in.
Session
It beeps and buzzes between blocks and keeps the screen awake while it runs. Tap any block to jump to it. Quality over quantity: if the target's gone, slow down rather than speed up.
Contact height, every sport
Bar: the zone you want to hit in. Dot: the sweet spot. Tap a sport for the details.
Left-handed with a racquet: on the forehand your front foot is your right, on the backhand your left. Right-handed with a club: your lead foot is your left.
Every swing side by side
Bars run from 1 (smallest, firmest) to 5. Racquet sports cover forehand and backhand; golf is a full iron swing.
Swings that rhyme
- Cut: squash, real tennis, rackets, padel. High to low, open face, short finish. Rackets has real tennis's high-to-low, firm-wristed cut in a shorter, squash-sized swing that stops after contact, with no flick, because the ball is hard and fast.
- Drive: lawn tennis, table tennis. Out in front, low to high, brushing.
- Compact and firm: pickleball. Swing from the shoulder, no wrist. Padel shares the compact, firm-wristed feel from the cut side.
- Golf and your backhand: you golf right-handed, so the club swings the same way as your left-handed backhand, with the same hands in the same places: left hand at the top of the grip, back of the left hand facing the target at impact. Borrow that feel. Don't borrow its low-to-high finish; golf hits down.
Schedule
Make the days count
- Spend 10–15 minutes of each session on a solo practice drill before you play points or a round.
- Put similar swings on back-to-back days where you can (squash then real tennis, pickleball then padel), and keep tennis and table tennis away from the cut sports.
- Golf the day after squash, real tennis, rackets or padel is slice weather; after tennis or table tennis, watch for a hook. Ten half swings on the range before you go to the tee sorts out either.
- Film one rally or swing a week, from behind. Compare it with that sport's cue, not with how it felt.
- A lesson in your main sport every few weeks will move you faster than another five match days.
