Professional Summary

I operate as a high-impact advisor and hands-on builder for AI-native products, agent platforms, and secure architecture β€” I design agent harnesses, then ship and run them in production. With a multi-disciplinary toolkit spanning code, data, commerce, economic insight, and historical context, I build composable systems that move from strategy to production quickly and put the right model in the right seat. No fluff: focused problem-solving, fast iteration, and durable execution with teams that need results.

Professional Experience

Elcano β€” Chief Technology Officer | 2025–Present
  • Created and open-sourced fleet, the model-agnostic agent platform behind Elcano's supply-side curation: one process boots a unified agent runtime, execution sandbox, scheduler, and worker pool, serving interactive chat, terminal, and scheduled-operations surfaces from the same governed core.
  • Designed fleet's trust model for governed, auditable delegation: every tool call β€” bash, Python, file I/O, MCP β€” executes in an ephemeral rootless-Podman sandbox with no fast path around it, every turn is metered against a cost ceiling, and credentials are brokered host-side so they never enter the sandbox.
  • Led agent harness design and implementation engagements for publicly traded ad-tech companies, including platform-agnostic integrations across SSPs, data warehouses, email/reporting pipelines, and browser-only vendor workflows. Visit elcanotek.com to learn more.
Inoxoft β€” Chief Technology Officer | 2018–2025
  • Negotiated Bread Factory merger and became CTO for the combined firm.
  • Integrated a 100-person engineering organization and scaled to 240 engineers across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, including structured ML bootcamp programs.
  • Served enterprise and startup clients, including Procter & Gamble advertising pipeline optimization with 40% BigQuery cost reduction and ReFuelrs on-demand fuel delivery product design (Case Study).
Audigent (Acquired by Experian) β€” Embedded AI/ML Lead | 2020–2023
Seconded from my role as CTO of Inoxoft; remained CTO throughout the engagement.
  • Owned ML stack processing billions of user events; sub-10 ms models powered real-time bidding.
  • Scaled infra across thousands of servers; optimized AWS allocation.
Bread Factory Studios (Acquired by Inoxoft) β€” Founder | 2015–2018
  • Founded data-focused software firm leading IoT and Machine Learning projects, establishing foundational technologies and client relationships.
  • Successfully negotiated a strategic merger with Inoxoft, aligning technical and client teams under one platform.
RedCurrent (Series A Exit - Founder Buyout) β€” Product Development Lead | 2014–2015
  • Successfully standardized and automated scraping of events from thousands of sites to consolidate web calendars into a single platform, featured in Star Tribune, with development teams spanning the US and Asia.
  • Departed after early founder buyout concurrent with successful Series A funding.
Offline Magazine (Acquihired by RedCurrent) β€” Co-Founder | 2013–2014
  • Co-founded audio-text hybrid platform achieving 250K downloads in first month; created writer-centric revenue model featured in TechCrunch.
Earlier Experience β€” 2006–2013
  • Executed $50 M daily algorithmic trades at Walleye Capital while developing proprietary trading algorithms.
  • Published computational neuroscience research in Journal of Cognitive Neurodynamics while at RMKI Research Institute.
  • Performed security audit work for Fortune 500 clients at BDO LLP.

Innovation Leadership

  • Published AI Harmony (2023), endorsed by leaders from YouTube, Wharton School, and Silver Lake.
  • Built LFG β€” private, on-device AI agents for Android that run entirely offline: local models with device-level skills, no accounts, no telemetry, works in airplane mode.
  • Built middle-manager β€” a micromanaged multi-agent coding loop that chains heterogeneous coding CLIs (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, and others) through a discover β†’ execute β†’ verify β†’ commit factory, putting the right model in the right seat for each step's budget and trust level.
  • Built divid3 β€” private, in-browser semantic search routing (divid3.com): a local embedding model reads query intent and routes to the engine you choose β€” 98.9% accuracy on a held-out benchmark, no server, no query stream for anyone to monetize.
  • Member, Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative, and lifetime member, ACM.
